Travel and Logistics for the 2010 Workshop:
|
- Registration
- Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and transportation each day.
- All meeting-related information will be provided at registration.
- Arrival
- Arrive at the Des Moines International Airport (DSM).
- Transportation will be provided between the airport and the three preferred hotels listed below. Beginning Sunday, 9:00 AM, a charter bus will loop between the hotels and the airport on an hourly basis. Saturday arrivals need to request the hotel shuttle service.
- General
- There is no dress code requirement for the sessions. However, keep in mind that it can be difficult to maintain good temperature control in large meeting rooms. We suggest you dress in layers or bring a sweater for your comfort.
- You will be provided with copies of all PBCC workshop-related documents; they are also available on the PBCC Website. White papers are drafts and have undergone various levels of review, so your input is important. Newer versions may be available on the Website.
- Motor coaches will be used to transport attendees between hotels and Pioneer, tours, and to off-site dinner.
